I have been working with companies, leaders and teams for years with the goal of creating great places to work. I claim the pleasure of enjoying and growing with what we do in our professional time. I also claim the right to generate the feeling of following a purpose beyond providing a service or selling a product.
Every creation process represents a challenge. I deeply admire people who have brilliant ideas and are able to dedicate time and passion to a project.
Having an open, exploratory mindset is always the first step to creating something special.
The creative processes can be very broad, sometimes dispersed and not without risks. It is the dream of every entrepreneur to have an open methodology that drives our ideas and our mentality in an almost natural way, allowing us to move forward in an orderly and safe way towards our goal.
We have all felt the need to create something great, something different, something that improves people’s lives and contributes to the common good. We have all, at one time or another, had the urge to explore in one direction or another and discover what is hidden behind a mountain or just around a corner. Sometimes time, other times resources, limiting beliefs or the lack of a safe map, have made us slow down or postpone our dream of discovery.
Learning to fulfill dreams should be a compulsory subject in the basic education of all citizens. Learning to fulfill dreams frees us, makes us bigger, increases our self-esteem and allows us to continue exploring.
Training as a mentor in the Purpose Launchpad methodology has been a valuable experience to continue helping companies and organizations. Purpose Launchpad is a meta-methodology that works on the eight key axes of a creation process and does so in three defined stages: explore, evaluate and impact. Simplifying the complex and making the invisible visible sums up the creation proposal very well.
Purpose Launchpad is the guided path to complete an innovation process and impact the world exponentially. The dream of every innovator!!! Reality is always created twice, once in the mental realm and once in the material world. It has always been like that, first we have an idea and then that idea takes shape until it becomes something concrete and tangible. Knowing how to define a safe and oriented route, being able to accompany the teams guiding them through the experience and helping to transform dreams into reality, are some of the main lessons that I take away from the experience.
