How are mentorship services conducted
At Purpose Alliance, we offer comprehensive mentorship services, both to innovative teams to direct the development of the initiative in the right direction and to organization leaders to guide them in the development of the Corporate Habitat that the initiatives require.
Mentorship services consist of periodic sessions in which the status of the initiative, their corporate habitat, or the Corporate Habitat of the entire organization is evaluated. Based on the current analysis, Purpose Launchpad Mentors propose a series of actions to be taken, and a Sprint is launched to implement these actions. In the following session, the progress made in the backlog will be analyzed, and the evaluation will be performed again to continue the same iterative and agile process. In this way, in an agile manner, the initiative, its Habitat, and/or the complete Corporate Habitat of the organization will be improved.

Corporate Habitat Mentorship
These services are focused on assisting the organization’s leaders in evaluating and improving the overall Corporate Habitat that will enable both current and future transformative initiatives to develop appropriately; for this purpose, the Organization Habitat Map™ will be used as a tool to assess progress and guide the next steps in a proper manner.

This impact case shows how MAPFRE, a leading insurance company in the Spanish-speaking market, achieved the transition from innovation to real impact thanks to the successful corporate environment of a new initiative focused on early risk detection in customer assets due to potential adverse meteorological events and advising on the risks involved as well as providing personalized recommendations. This impact case demonstrates how Boston Scientific, a leading company in the development and commercialization of medical devices, successfully supported the process of developing a disruptive initiative named HealthConnect, which is focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence to early detect potential cardiovascular risks from the image of the retina. Thanks to the mentorship process of the initiative and in parallel to the habitat development process, the initiative not only successfully evolved but also led the company to approve, for the first time in its history, the launch of its own startup.
